Outdoor Yoga Class (Sydney areas) Hatha yoga with Vinyasa-like flows

Hi Yogis!
We will have our first yoga class at Wentworth Park! Who is excited! We will start with a few deep breaths then move on to some sequences of basic yoga poses, Sun-salutation and finish with a relaxing Savasana.

・Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mat.
・It is meant to be a beginner friendly class in group of max 10 people.
・I recommend to have a fleece or jumper as the body cools down during the relaxation part at the end of the class.
・Please arrive a few minutes before to set up your mat or advise me of any injury I should be aware of, so the class is undisturbed later on.
・If it rains and too cold, we will postpone to the following week.
・By participating, you agree that you are ultimately responsible for your own safety during the class.
